About Getting Scale Ready
Big ideas and real impact demand bold action—but without the time, space, and structure to plan, scaling can feel out of reach. Getting Scale Ready was created to change that.
This practical, online training programme is designed to help nonprofit leaders move from ambition to action.
Over five weeks, you’ll join a cohort of ambitious social leaders and change-makers, gaining the skills and confidence to lay the foundations for long-term scale, invest in the right success factors, and take the first steps towards getting scale ready.
You’ll explore the best scaling pathway for your organisation, learn how to test and assess your potential in the real world, and build a strategy that ensures you can do it all sustainably.
